drug programs. We do this by ensuring that our members participate
in an affordable and cost effective drug plan and make sure
that all negotiated discounts are passed along to our members.
Our Management Team
Gerald Crutchley President
A recognized leader in the healthcare industry,
Jerry has created and brought to market a number of recognized products. He has
also served in senior level positions in marketing and business development for
several Fortune 500 companies.
Jerry was born and raised in the Akron area, and
continues to live there with his wife of 24 years and their four children. Jerry
has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Akron.
Nancy Coveleskie Vice President-Secretary/Treasurer
Nancy has been in the financial services field
since 1988, and has spent most of her career focusing on retirement planning.
She is an Investment Advisor Representative, Series 7 licensed and insurance
licensed for life, health, annuity, property and casualty.
Nancy is a life-long resident of Cleveland, Ohio.
She now lives on the west side with her husband Mike, son Michael and daughter
Elise and enjoys an active lifestyle. Traveling, skiing, horse-back riding and
relaxing at her summer home in the Erie Islands are a few of her favorite pastimes.
Michael Sheehan National
Sales Director
Since 1983, Mike has been teaching
and helping many families with their insurance planning needs
in the Chicago area and Northeastern Ohio. He assists individuals
in growing and preserving their assets from the high cost of
health care & inflation. People who consult Mike find that
they obtain better protection for their financial future.
Mike and
his wife Mary, a pharmacist, are busy raising 5 children ranging
in age from 21 to 7. The two older girls attend college and
the three younger children attend a Waldorf school in Akron.
Mike has also been a volunteer coach, having coached many sports
for both boys and girls. Mary is a runner and currently training
for her first marathon. They are both very active in their children's
school and after school activities.
